No stress.

• Text or call us to cancel.

• If the driver has not left yet, we refund everything.

• If the driver is already on the way, the delivery fee cannot be refunded.

2. Want to return your order?

We’ve got you.

• Products must be unopened and in resellable condition.

• We can send a driver to collect it (return fee applies).

3. Faulty or incorrect items

If something is wrong, send us a message explaining the issue.

We will pick one of these options depending on your location and how busy we are:

Option A

We send a driver to collect the item.
You get a full refund or exchange.
(Works only if you report it within 1 hour of delivery.)

Option B

We give you our warehouse address.
You post the item back at our expense.
After we confirm it, you get a full refund, including re-delivery costs.

Option C

We organise an exchange and give you extra freebies for the inconvenience.

4. Wrong item delivered

Sometimes a driver may grab the wrong brand or forget to confirm a swap with you.
If you want a refund or replacement, refer to the three options above.
