3. Faulty or incorrect items
If something is wrong, send us a message explaining the issue.
We will pick one of these options depending on your location and how busy we are:
Option A
We send a driver to collect the item.
You get a full refund or exchange.
(Works only if you report it within 1 hour of delivery.)Option B
We give you our warehouse address.
You post the item back at our expense.
After we confirm it, you get a full refund, including re-delivery costs.Option C
We organise an exchange and give you extra freebies for the inconvenience.
4. Wrong item delivered
